Bub & Pop is operated from the United States. The Service includes editorial content, podcast episodes (audio and video), newsletters, and related material.

4. Guest contributions

Guests on the podcast (and contributors to other formats) grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to record, edit, distribute, and promote their contributions on the Service and on third-party platforms where we publish (including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and any future platform we add). Specific terms of guest releases are agreed individually before recording.

5. Third-party platforms

We publish content to and link to third-party platforms — including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and others we may add over time. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. We are not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any third-party platform.

6. Newsletter and email communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails from us. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
